Welcome to Vortal Properties Limited
Vortal Properties Limited was established to bring together landowners, local authorities and developers with the aim of fulfilling the area's desperate need for new housing whilst ensuring the interests of the community are placed at the heart of all decision making.
We understand that it is vital for a new development to immediately become part of the local social landscape and that it must include a definable community element. For example, we have worked in many rural areas that lack facilities such as a village shop. Our mission has been to ensure these facilities are included in the planning to enhance village life.
At Vortal Properties we believe so strongly in the importance of rejuvenation and creating communities that we are happy to bear the cost by gifting the land and paying for the building of, for example: community halls, local shops, crèches, art centres etc. Both the landowner and the community benefit from planning.
